To become a Mason, ASK a Mason.

Our Lodge follows a generally accepted practice for inquiries called the "Six Steps to Masonry":

  1. Upon your request for more information you will be contacted by an officer from the Lodge to setup an in person meeting. While you are waiting, please take time to review this document: Approaching the Portals

  2. At this first meeting, they will take the time to talk with you about Masonry, about our Lodge and will provide an additional set of questions for you to consider. Here is a link to these questions: Traditional Approach

  3. For our second meeting we'll ask you to develop a paper or a summary of what you have learned so far in reading the Approaching the Portals and the Traditional Approach as well as a little history about yourself. We will also ask you to consider memorizing a small section of our ritual so you understand our proficiency process.

  4. Next, we will arrange for you to come in and meet the other members of the Lodge.

  5. You'll be asked to attend more than one social function or other event so that the members of the Lodge are able to get to know you and you us. This will also show your commitment and attachment to the Fraternity.

  6. Finally, if you are still interested in joining our Lodge, ask one of the brothers that you have come to know to become a member and sign your petition (you'll need 3 total), this is a necessary step.

  • At this point you will likely receive a petition and it will be submitted to the Secretary of the Lodge along with the appropriate fee.

  • The petition will be read at the next stated meeting and an investigating committee will be appointed. The committee will talk to you and your family, preferably in your home. This is an opportunity for us to find out more about you and more importantly for your family to find out more about us.

  • At the following stated meeting, we'll ballot on your petition. If the ballot is favorable, we'll schedule your first degree shortly thereafter and start you on your Masonic journey.

Once you begin your Masonic Journey, there are several Degrees you will take. Within each Degree there are requirements you must achieve to move to the next Degree which you will work on with your Coach & Mentors. These documents are meant to be used by your Coach & Mentors and will be provided to you at the appropriate time.

After reading all the information above, if you would still like to continue, please submit the "Contact Us" form. If you have already done that, you do not need to do it twice. We look forward to working with you.
